Possess an extensive publication record (40) and experience at various levels: project design, project implementation, project monitoring and evaluation, policy and technical analysis, high level dialogue, and strategy formulation. Speaks Spanish fluently, has reading knowledge of French, and is proficient in leading software applications (MS Office Suite, Stata, SPSS, Limdep). Has worked in 22 developing countries, primarily in Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean. |
